Now it is time for the Last Check. It is a wise practice to re-evaluate your homes and see if there are any more risks present. All risks and hazards in the homes of older adults need to be eliminated in order to achieve a high quality of life for you older loved one.

You will draw on your knowledge on home modifications and apply your skills in the final analysis of the home care setting.
